Enrol in a Course with Nikki

All cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing. 

This Refund Policy applies to all courses.

In the event of a cancellation, a refund is given as follows: 

More than 21 days cancellation notice: full refund less the non-refundable deposit.

21-7 days cancellation notice: 50% refund of full course fee less the non-refundable deposit.

Less than 7 days’ notice: no refund and no transfer to the next time this course runs or to any other course or playshop regardless of circumstance.

Every effort is made to ensure courses are run as per scheduled dates. Ask The Body Kinesiology reserves the right to cancel any course due to insufficient enrolments or unforeseen circumstances. 

In the event of a course being cancelled by Ask the Body Kinesiology, course fees will be refunded in full or transferred to a future course date.

You will receive a full refund.

Less than 7 days’ notice:

No refund and no transfer to the next time this Workshop runs or to any other Playshop regardless of circumstance.

You will receive an invoice by email with the balance owing and you will be able to make payment(s) that suit your budget.

You can make payments by clicking the button in the email or by bank transfer using the banking details on the invoice.

The deposit is non-refundable in any circumstances and the full course fee must be fully paid 21 days prior to your course start date.

A 5% late fee will be payable on any monies not paid by the due date.
